Athlete conditioning

Conveniently located to both Pelham High and Middle School

If you have a student athlete who would like to improve and continue training during the off-season, I can help! This can be done one-on-on or in a smaller group setting where focus will be placed on improving strength, endurance, flexibility, speed and cardio capacity. 

I emphasize safety and form when dealing with strength training and work to correct imbalances before bulking up with muscle. By correcting imbalances, your student athlete will see automatic improvement and decrease their risk for injury. 

I have experience as a youth soccer coach and working with athletes aged 13 and older. I will push your athlete to help improve their performance and confidence.

The training can be done in a personal training capacity or gather a group of student athletes to work together. Groups should be no more than 5 participants to ensure proper form is maintained during strength portion of training.

When: One-on-One clients will be by appointment and groups will be scheduled at an agreed upon time
Cost: One-on-One rates vary and are better discussed during a consultation where we will develop a plan of action to help your student athlete. Group athlete conditioning rates will vary based on number of participants and length/number of desired sessions.
