Boot Camp is designed to increase your overall level of fitness by building strength, endurance, cardiovascular capacity, balance and burning a ton of calories. All types of movements and equipment will be utilized in boot camp meaning, if you can think it up, it will probably be done at some point in time. Note, there is running in boot camp especially between the months of April - October when there is more daylight. ALL movements are modifiable so please do not let that hold you back from joining. Boot Camp will be held both in- and outdoors.
This is a co-ed group setting for all ages and fitness levels. It is not recommended for individuals who need constant one-on-one attention or have medical conditions that require personalized training. I recommend starting at the beginning of a Boot Camp since the weeks get progressively more difficult. If you want to give it a try, your first session is FREE!
Class Times:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 - 6:15 PM
Cost: $75 for 2 days a week (4 week sessions usually have 8 classes)
Drop-In Session Fee: $12.00 (must notify prior to attending a class)
**Bundle & Save: If you do both Boot Camp and Small Group Strength Training, the cost will be $125 (savings of $10)**
