Strength Training is ideal for those who want to add in strength specific training. Sessions begin with a warm-up/activation phase and moves into strength training focused on abs, lower back, upper and lower body muscle groups (no cardio). You will use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and a functional training cable machine. Working with a certified trainer greatly improves your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits.
The format for this class will be a briefing of the strength training options at 5:30 PM and then you have until 6:30 PM to complete your strength training while under the supervision of a personal trainer. You can arrive anytime within that one-hour time frame but will only have until 6:30 PM to complete. The gym will be shut down at 6:30 PM. If you can arrive by 5:45 PM, you should have enough time to complete the strength training programming.

Q: I want to participate in the small group strength training, how do I start?
A: Simply contact me by clicking on the box above and filling out the form. You will receive an email in a few business days notifying you whether there is space in the upcoming month. Should there be an available spot, payment will be due at that time to reserve your spot. This payment will be non-refundable since it locks you into the group and prevents anyone else from signing up. This group usually fills up quickly so do not delay. If you want to start mid-month, and space allows, you can pay a prorated cost of $15 per session.
Q: Do you offer any discounts for group training?
A: I do not offer any discounts for group training.
Q: Even though I am in a small group, will I still get the personal training feel?
A: Absolutely. Since the amount of participants is limited to 4 individuals, I am able to watch everyone. Not all movements are as complicated so I am able to focus on those moves that require more guidance.

A: Programming for this small group is generalized. Personal training has programming made just for you. If you have a specific goal or body area you are wanting to develop, personal training may be a better option to choose from.
