**Offered as an alternative to Boot Camp during months of May - September**
HIIT/Circuit Training is a challenging but shorter in time duration and does not involve as much running or high-impact training as Boot Camp. This training group will challenge you both physically and mentally while performing strength training, core building, and increasing your cardiovascular capacity through high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits, and other training methods. If you would like to give this group a try, your first session is FREE!
This is a co-ed group setting for all ages and fitness levels. All movements can be modified but this group is not recommended for individuals who need constant one-on-one attention.
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 - 6:00 PM
Cost: $69 per month

Q: I want to participate in the HIIT/Circuit Training Group, how do I start?
A: Simply contact me and let me know. You do not have to wait until the beginning of the month to start - you can begin anytime at a prorated cost.
Q: Do you offer any discounts for group training?
A: I do not offer any discounts for group training.
Q: How does this differ from one-on-on training?
A: Programming for this group is full body and generalized. One-on-one training has personalized programming made just for you. If you have a specific goal or body area you are wanting to develop, one-on-one training is a better option for you.
Q: This group only runs between May - September, what happens during the other months?
A: Both Boot Camp and HIIT/Circuit Group Training merge into one group setting called Cross Training. Cross Training is held during the months of October - April. Additional information can be found under the Cross Training tab.
