Do you want to work with a personal trainer and have personalized programming but have time constraints? This might be for you.
Sometimes a person has time constraints that does not allow them to see a personal trainer during normal working hours but they still want the benefits of working with a trainer. If you have a gym membership or have your own workout equipment and are confident in your form, this might be a great option. This is how it works.
The "On Your Own Program" begins with a 30-minute initial consultation phone call or an exchange of emails (whatever works best for your busy schedule) where your goals will be discussed. This initial consultation will only occur when you first start this program. I will then create a 4-week program based on that discussion. A 30-minute check-up phone call will be scheduled at the end of week 3 to check up on progress and discuss how the programming is working and to discuss any other concerns you might have. The 3-week check-in phone call (or email) is required for additional programming to be created so you have continuity in your training. Programmed workout lengths cans be tailored to your individual needs but will usually consist of 45 - 60 minute long sessions.
