Strength Training
​Small Group

Strength Training Small Groups are ideal for those who want to add in strength specific training. Sessions will begin with a warm-up/activation phase and will move into strength training focusing on abs, lower back, upper and lower body muscle groups (no cardio). Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, a functional training cable machine as well as calisthenics will be used.

This small group is limited to 4 participants. You essentially get four personal training sessions at the cost of one session since the group is so small.

When: Wednesdays at 6:15 - 7:00 PM
Cost: $60 per month for 4 sessions (except in March 2021 when it will be $75 for 5 sessions)

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: I want to participate in the small group strength training, how do I start?
A: Simply contact me and let me know. This group usually fills up quickly so do not delay. If you want to start mid-month, you can pay a prorated cost of $15 per session.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for group training?
A: I do not offer any discounts for group training due to it already being at a lower rate.

Q: Even though I am in a small group, will I still get the personal training feel?
A: Absolutely. Since the amount of participants is limited, I am able to watch everyone. Not all movements are as complicated so I am able to focus on those moves that need more guidance.

Q: How does this differ from one-on-on training?
A: Programming for this small group is full body and generalized.  One-on-one training has personalized programming made just for you. If you have a specific goal or body area you are wanting to develop, one-on-one training is a better option for you.
