Boot Camp is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve your overall fitness by building strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.

This class incorporates a wide variety of movements and equipment - if you can imagine it, we’ll probably do it at some point! Expect everything from bodyweight exercises and strength training to cardio drills and functional movements.

Boot Camp sessions are held both indoors and outdoors, offering a dynamic and ever-changing environment that keeps things fun and challenging.

All movements are modifiable, making this class accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Don’t let the intensity intimidate you... we’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

Who It's For
This is a co-ed group class suitable for most ages and fitness levels. However, it may not be ideal for those who:
  • Require one-on-one attention
  • Have difficulty getting up and down from the ground
  • Have medical conditions that require a personalized approach

Group Strength Training

Our Strength Training class is perfect for anyone looking to focus on building muscle without cardio. Each session starts with a briefing of the workouts and a prescribed warm-up.

You'll choose between two options: usually an upper body and lower body option, and then use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, and machines for your workout.

Class Format
  • Start Time: 5:15 PM — Brief of the day’s strength training options
  • End Time: 6:00 PM — Complete your workout at your own pace with trainer supervision

Throughout the session, you'll be coached by a certified trainer/instructor who will:
  • Guide you through proper technique and form
  • Help you safely navigate gym equipment

Frequently Asked Questions About Group Classes

Q: I want to participate in group classes. How do I start?
A: Go to the "Book a Class Now" page. There you can reserve the class you would like to participate in. You will be directed to set up a profile, if you do not already have one with WellnessLiving, and then you will be able to see all of the class dates and purchase options. If you are a new client, I encourage you to try the 2-Week Jumpstart where you get up to 6 classes to use within 2 weeks.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for group training?
A: Group classes are already priced to be one of our most affordable training options and are not eligible for additional discounts. However, we do offer a Commit to Fit annual contract that provides a $5–10 monthly savings. Details can be found on the WellnessLiving platform or you can message us to find out more details.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: If booking online, purchases can be made by credit or debit cards. After your initial purchase to ensure you have a spot reserved in a class, you can pay by cash or other cash paying apps (Venmo or CashApp).

Q: How does group training differ from personal training?
A: Group training follows a general program designed to build strength, muscular endurance, and support overall fitness. Group classes typically range from 3–10 participants, and a trainer is moving through the studio during the class time.

Personal training offers:
  • A program tailored specifically to your goals, pace, and abilities
  • 1:1 attention and accountability
  • Focus on specific areas, unique limitations, or personal milestones

If you prefer individualized attention or have specific training goals, personal training may be a better fit.

Q: Is there a membership fee or enrollment fee at Bug Out Training?
A: Nope! There are no membership, enrollment, or annual fees.
