Boot Camp is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve your overall fitness by building strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, balance, and burning a serious amount of calories.
This class incorporates a wide variety of movements and equipment - if you can imagine it, we’ll probably do it at some point! Expect everything from bodyweight exercises and strength training to cardio drills and functional movements. Running is also a regular part of the program, especially between April and October, when we take advantage of the longer daylight hours. Boot Camp sessions are held both indoors and outdoors, offering a dynamic and ever-changing environment that keeps things fun and challenging. All movements are modifiable, making this class accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Don’t let the intensity intimidate you... we’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely. Add-On Services:
Nutrition & Meal Guidance
While state law in Alabama prohibits personal trainers from offering personalized meal plans, I do provide nutritional guidance to support your fitness journey. My approach focuses on making small, sustainable lifestyle changes - what I call “baby steps” - that add up over time to create a healthier, happier you. You’ll receive a meal guidance plan to help you make better choices and ongoing support as you build better habits.
I offer Nutrition Planning Sessions that are designed to help you build a realistic, sustainable approach to meals and snacks that fit your lifestyle... not a one-size-fits-all diet. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your goals, your schedule, and your preferences. This is a collaborative process where you’ll learn how to:
✅ Build balanced meals that match your needs
✅ Plan ahead for busy weeks and life events
✅ Make healthier choices without restriction
✅ Navigate cravings, eating out, and social events
✅ Develop confidence in meal planning & prepping
This isn’t just about a plan - it’s about gaining the tools and confidence to eat well, feel energized, and stay consistent long-term so you can reach your goals both inside and outside the gym. This is an add-on service where an appointment would need to be made.
