Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to improve your overall fitness by building strength, endurance, cardiovascular health, balance, and burning a serious amount of calories.

This class incorporates a wide variety of movements and equipment - if you can imagine it, we’ll probably do it at some point! Expect everything from bodyweight exercises and strength training to cardio drills and functional movements. Running is also a regular part of the program, especially between April and October, when we take advantage of the longer daylight hours.

Boot Camp sessions are held both indoors and outdoors, offering a dynamic and ever-changing environment that keeps things fun and challenging.

All movements are modifiable, making this class accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Don’t let the intensity intimidate you... we’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

Who It's For
This is a co-ed group class suitable for most ages and fitness levels. However, it may not be ideal for those who:
  • Require one-on-one attention
  • Have difficulty getting up and down from the ground
  • Have medical conditions that require a personalized approach

If you're unsure if this is a good fit for you, please contact me and I'll help you determine the best fit for your needs.

  • End Time: 6:15 PM — Complete your workout at your own pace with trainer supervision

Nutrition & Meal Guidance
While state law in Alabama prohibits personal trainers from offering personalized meal plans, I do provide nutritional guidance to support your fitness journey. My approach focuses on making small, sustainable lifestyle changes - what I call “baby steps” - that add up over time to create a healthier, happier you. You’ll receive a meal guidance plan to help you make better choices and ongoing support as you build better habits.

I offer Nutrition Planning Sessions that are designed to help you build a realistic, sustainable approach to meals and snacks that fit your lifestyle... not a one-size-fits-all diet. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your goals, your schedule, and your preferences. This is a collaborative process where you’ll learn how to:

✅ Build balanced meals that match your needs
✅ Plan ahead for busy weeks and life events
✅ Make healthier choices without restriction
✅ Navigate cravings, eating out, and social events
✅ Develop confidence in meal planning & prepping

This isn’t just about a plan - it’s about gaining the tools and confidence to eat well, feel energized, and stay consistent long-term so you can reach your goals both inside and outside the gym. This is an add-on service where an appointment would need to be made.

Frequently Asked Questions About Group Classes

Q: I want to participate in group classes. How do I start?
A: Click the button above and fill out the interest form. You’ll receive an email within a few business days with all the details and next steps for joining the next session.

Q: Do you offer any discounts for group training?
A: Group classes are already priced to be one of our most affordable training options and are not eligible for additional discounts. However, we do offer a group class contract option that provides a $5–$10 monthly savings for those committed to consistent training. Feel free to ask us about our group class contract for details!

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and payment apps (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal).
Note: There is a 2.9% convenience fee for credit/debit card payments.

Q: How does group training differ from personal training?
A: Group training follows a general program designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and support overall fitness. Groups typically range from 3–10 participants, and I coach and guide everyone throughout the class.

Personal training offers:
  • A program tailored specifically to your goals, pace, and abilities
  • 1:1 attention and accountability
  • Focus on specific areas, unique limitations, or personal milestones

If you prefer individualized attention or have specific training goals, personal training may be a better fit.
