How It Works
Your OYOP experience begins with a 30-minute consultation, which can be done in person at the studio or via video call - whatever suits your busy schedule best. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, schedule, and any other important information. This is a one-time consultation when you first start the program. Based on our discussion, I’ll create a customized 4-week workout plan tailored specifically to you. At the end of Week 3, we’ll have a 30-minute check-in via video, phone or in-person to review your progress, adjust your plan if needed, and address any questions or concerns. This check-in is required to continue with a new round of programming, ensuring your workouts remain aligned with your goals. |

Q: How long will it take to see results?
A: Every person is different, so there isn’t a set timeline. Most clients begin noticing changes within about 4 weeks, and friends/family typically notice around 2–3 months as long as you stay consistent and disciplined outside of your workouts as well.
Q: I am ready to start the OYOP! What do I need to do?
A: Schedule your consultation. You can meet in-person at Bug Out Training or via Zoom if you're remote or prefer virtual appointments.
Q: Is there a cost for the initial consultation?
A. No - consultations are complimentary so we can learn more about each other and answer questions. A credit card is required to reserve online appointments. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment online and will only be charged ($20) if you fail to provide a 4-hour notice to cancel or reschedule.
Q: How long will an initial consultation last?
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and payment apps (Venmo, CashApp, PayPal).
There is a 2.9% fee for credit/debit card use.
Q: Is there an enrollment fee for the OYOP at Bug Out Training?
A: Nope! There are no sign-up fee. Payment for the first 4 weeks is due up front. After that, each additional 4-week block is paid at your 3-week check-in appointment.

A: You’ll receive an invitation to download the Everfit app. Your personalized program, movement tutorials, and notes will all be done via this app. Please track weights used, modifications, and any concerns so we can review them during your 3-week check-ins. Some movement tutorials will also be available on my YouTube page for additional support.
