Personal Training
Personal training is ideal if you're looking for a customized approach to both fitness and nutrition. Whether you prefer one-on-one sessions or want to train with a friend or family member through our Partner Training option, you’ll benefit from a tailored experience designed to help you reach your goals faster, safer, and with lasting results.
What to Expect
Your personal training journey begins with a free consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, limitations and what to expect, and then answer any questions you might have. This helps determine what your personalized program might look like and ensures we're a good fit to work together.
If you decide to move forward with a 3-month contract, we’ll set a 30-minute personal training prep assessment appoint to take measurements, photos, a body scan, and discuss nutrition. Then your personal training will begin the following scheduled session.

Training Options & Payment
To get the most out of your training, it’s typically recommended to meet with your trainer at least three times per week, especially if you're not working out on your own between sessions. I offer flexible session lengths of 30-minutes, 45-minutes, and 60-minutes to fit your goals and schedule. Your specific goals will guide how often and how long you should train. Everyone is different, but in general, it’s a good idea to commit to at least three months of consistent training to begin noticing physical changes, improvements in how you feel, and to have enough time to prepare for your event (if applicable). |

Clients may choose from several participation options:
Pricing varies based on session length, training frequency, and level of commitment. 👉 A consultation is recommended to determine the best training format and plan for your goals. Many clients find that shorter sessions performed consistently provide excellent results while fitting more easily into busy schedules.
Partner Training is also available for clients who prefer to train alongside a spouse, friend, or accountability partner.
Add-On: "On Your Own" Programming
For added flexibility, you can include “On Your Own Programming” workouts in your plan. These are fully customized sessions designed for you to complete independently on days you’re not training with me. You can choose to add 1, 2, or 3 days of additional programming per week, provided in 4-week blocks.
Nutrition & Meal Guidance
While state law in Alabama prohibits personal trainers from offering personalized meal plans, I do provide nutritional guidance to support your fitness journey. My approach focuses on making small, sustainable lifestyle changes - what I call “baby steps” - that add up over time to create a healthier, happier you. You’ll receive a meal guidance plan as part of signing up for a 3-month contract to help you make better choices and ongoing support as you build better habits.
As an add-on service, I offer Nutrition Planning Sessions that are designed to help you build a realistic, sustainable approach to meals and snacks that fit your lifestyle... not a one-size-fits-all diet. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports your goals, your schedule, and your preferences. This is a collaborative process where you’ll learn how to:
✅ Build balanced meals that match your needs
✅ Plan ahead for busy weeks and life events
✅ Make healthier choices without restriction
✅ Navigate cravings, eating out, and social events
✅ Develop confidence in meal planning & prepping
This isn’t just about a plan - it’s about gaining the tools and confidence to eat well, feel energized, and stay consistent long-term so you can reach your goals both inside and outside the gym. This is an add-on service or it can be done in place of a personal training session.
- Pay-per-session
- One-month upfront training (no contract)
