Personal & Partner Training
Personal training is great if you want a personalized approach to your training and nutrition. Partner Training is ideal if you share similar goals with a friend or family member and want to train at the same time. Working with a personal trainer greatly improves your ability to accomplish your training goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits.
Choosing to do personal training starts with a consultation when we will chat about your goals, learn more of what to expect with training to include a quick assessment of what your personalized programming might consist of, and asking questions to determine if us working together is a good fit. If you decide to do a 3-month contract, we will take measurements and photographs to help you SEE your results.
It is usually recommended to train with your personal trainer at least three (3) times per week especially if you are not training on your own throughout the rest of the week. I offer a variety of time options to include 30, 45, and 60-minute training sessions. Your goals usually determine how long of training sessions you might need and how often. No one person is the same so training plans vary but it is recommended to give your workout plan 3 months to start seeing and/or feel a difference. There is an option to add "On Your Own" programming where you have programming created specific to your needs to complete on your own on days you are not with your trainer. You can add on one, two or three days of programming for four weeks.
Costs for personal training vary based on how many days a week trained, length of training sessions, and whether a person chooses to do 1-month upfront payments or a 3-month contract. A lot of people do not actually need a 60-minute training session which is why I offer 30- and 45-minute session times, also.
For your planning and budgeting purposes, the price range for 30-minute personal training sessions under a 3-month contract is $240 - $350 per month. The cost for 45-minute personal training sessions under a 3-month contract range from $310 - $560 per month.
Partner training rates are an additional 50% of the plan chosen. For example, a plan of $240 per month is chosen so an additional $120 would be added for the partner training bringing the monthly total to $360.
When you sign up to train with me, you are given a meal guidance plan to follow. We will focus on making lifestyle changes which include baby steps to improve your diet which will help improve your health, daily living, and increase your results. Baby steps might seem small at first but as additional steps are taken, you will begin to change your life to be a healthier and happier you.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How long will it take to see results?
A: Every person is different so there is no set time or plan of action. Consistency is key. Clients are given nutritional guidance and information for them to follow which is just as important as working out. My clients usually start to see results in about a month and your friends/family should start to see those results in about 2 or 3 months... as long as you are consistent in your training and disciplined the other 23-hours of the day when you are not with me.
Q: I am ready to start training with you. What do I need to do?
A: After your consultation, the first payment will be due up front in order to be put on the training calendar.
Q: Is there a cost for the initial consultation?
A: No, the consultation is for us to learn more about each other and answer any questions you might have. However, if you are scheduled for a consultation and you need to cancel, I ask that you do so 24-hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule. If an appointment is not kept and proper notification of cancellation is not made, you will be charged $25 to reschedule another consultation should you decide you still want to meet.
Q: How long will an initial consultation last?
A: For your planning purposes, expect for a consultation to last between 45-60 minutes.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept payment forms of cash, check, credit card, debit card and through various payment apps. There is a cash discount added to all items should you decide to pay using any other method besides a credit card.
Q: I want to do a contract for training but I travel a lot. Will I lose those sessions if I don't use them each month?
A: No, you will have a one-month grace period to finish using any remaining sessions. After that month, sessions will be lost.
Q: Can I pay for the entire contract price up front?
A: Yes - should you decide to pay for your 3 month contract up front, you will receive a 10% discount off. You will still have the same amount of time to complete those sessions and a one month grace period.
Q: Is there a membership fee or enrollment fee at Bug Out Training?
A: There is no membership fee, enrollment fee or annual fee. You only pay for the services you want.
