One-on-One training is ideal for you if you want a more personal approach to your training and nutrition.
Partner Training is ideal if you share similar goals with a friend and/or want to train with your significant other. This training will save you money while still receiving the attention of a personal trainer for your workouts and nutritional guidance, and allows you the support from your partner and have fun at the same time.
All plan start with a consultation where we will chat about your goals and then we will conduct a FREE 20 to 30-minute training session so you can experience some of what you can expect during your training. Afterwards, I can answer any questions you might have and discuss a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. Should you decide to work with me, we will take measurements and photographs to help you SEE your results.
I offer a variety of time options to include 30, 45, and 60-minute training sessions, and your goals usually determine how long of training sessions you need. No one person is the same so training plans and lengths of training sessions can vary. This is why I like to talk about your plans and goals before discussing rates. Rates will be discussed during your consultation where you will have the option of paying per session or you can reduce your session rates by paying for either a full month up front OR by doing a 3-month contract (which will reduce your rates even more).

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: I do! I offer a 10% discount to military, LEO and firefighters (to include their spouses and children under 18).
Q: How long will it take to see results?
A: Every person is different so there is no set time or plan of action. I tell my clients that consistency is key. I give my clients nutritional guidance and information for them to follow which is just as important as working out. My clients usually start to see results in about a month and your friends/family should start to see those results in about 2 or 3 months... as long as you are consistent and disciplined the other 23-hours of the day when you're not with me.
Q: I am ready to start training with you. What do I need to do?
A: After your consultation, should you decide you want to train with me, the first payment will be due up front in order to be put on the training calendar.
Q: Is there a cost for the initial consultation?
A: No, the consultation is for us to learn more about each other and answer any questions you might have. However, if you are scheduled for a consultation and you need to cancel, I ask that you contact me to cancel or reschedule. If an appointment is not kept and proper notification of cancellation is not made, you will be charged $25 for a consultation should you decide you still want to meet.
Q: How long will an initial consultation last?
A: For your planning purposes, expect for a consultation to last between 45-60 minutes.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept payment forms of cash, Venmo, CashApp and PayPal.
Q: I want to do a contract for training but I travel a lot. Will I lose those sessions if I don't use them each month?
A: No, you will have a one month grace period to finish using any remaining sessions. After that month, sessions will be forfeit.
Q: Can I pay for the entire 3-month contract price up front?
A: Yes. You will still have the same amount of time to complete those sessions and a one month grace period.
Q: Is there a membership fee or enrollment fee at Bug Out Training?
A: There is no membership fee, enrollment fee or annual fee. You only pay for the services you want.
