Small Group Strength Training is ideal for those who want to add in strength specific training. Sessions begin with a warm-up/activation phase and moves into strength training focused on abs, lower back, upper and lower body muscle groups (no cardio). Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, a functional training cable machine as well as calisthenics will be used.
This small group is limited to 4 participants. You essentially get four personal training sessions at the cost of one session since the group is so small.
When: Wednesdays at 5:30 - 6:15 PM
Cost: $60 per month for four 45-minute sessions

May 4th, 11th, 18th and June 1st
June 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th
July 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th

A: Simply contact me and let me know. This group usually fills up quickly so do not delay. If you want to start mid-month, and space allows, you can pay a prorated cost of $15 per session.

Q: Even though I am in a small group, will I still get the personal training feel?
A: Absolutely. Since the amount of participants is limited, I am able to watch everyone. Not all movements are as complicated so I am able to focus on those moves that need more guidance.
